I got to spend my time on Campus Mont Houy as my residence is situated there. Mont Houy is the main campus of the UPHF in Valenciennes and offers a variety of different educational buildings and leisure activities. What I like about the Campus is that it has a plethora of diverse sports activities ranging from indoor sports (like Basketball, Football or Volleyball) or outdoor sports ( like Football and Rugby). They also offer racket sports, gymnastics, and weightlifting as well as other activities.
All you need in order to participate is inscribing yourself for the given activity via the ENT University software. In my spare time, I enjoyed running on a designated path visualized by a blue line, which leads you through the campus and to the several sports parks where you can do body weight or barbell exercises outside in nature. You should definitely try that out once!
